9. Searching for contacts
You will arrive at Part B of step 2 directly after completing Part A. You can return to Part A to change your selections by clicking the link on the right hand side of the page.
You are now required to search the New Name Kit's comprehensive directory of organisations for those which are specific to you.
Search and add more organisations you wish to notify, one by one. Use the search box on the left to search our directory, and a list of organisations will appear for you to select.
The address book checklist, on the right hand side of the page, can help you consider who you might need to notify. As you add (or remove) organisations, the number against the related category in the checklist will update. Grey categories are empty and green categories denote that you have added one or more organisations within it.
You can make the checklist easier to view by clicking the arrow beside a heading. This will hide or show the categories below the heading.
When you are happy that you have selected all of the organisations you need to inform (or to view those you have added so far), click the tab named "Your action list" to move on to step 3. You can switch between steps 2 and 3 as often as you need to, using the tabs at the top of the page.

Your address book checklist shows how many organisations you've added in each category so far.
