What happens if I lose my Deed Poll?
If you select our archive service, this means that we can provide a replacement original Deed Poll at a reduced cost or provide certified copies of your signed and witnessed Deed Poll.
If you do not select our archive service, then we will not be able to retrieve a copy of your signed and witnessed Deed Poll or provide a copy of the original, so you would have to re-apply for a new Deed Poll.
