The Name Change Company will not accept applications for a Deed Poll that may result in others believing that you have a title or rank when this is not the case.
If choosing a title other than Miss, Mrs. Ms or Mr. we will ask for proof of your right to the title. More information about this is provided as you go through the Deed Poll application process.
