Select the UK organisations you want to notify about your new name and The New Name Kit creates your own personal action list for you. It tells you what each organisation needs from you in terms of documents and forms, and generates personalised notification letters ready for you to sign and post.

If other action is required, the New Name Kit guides you.

Using the New Name Kit means that you can notify your chosen organisations and have your personal records amended and documents reissued in a fraction of the time it would otherwise take.

Your New Name Kit remains active for 12 months from the date of first activation. It can then be renewed at a cost of £9.99 for a further 12 months.
