Yes, but check with your native country's Embassy in London to see if there are any special conditions that you must meet. For example, in connection with obtaining a revised passport.
Please note, Deed Polls are only accepted by UK organisations as evidence of a change of name. Organisations based overseas are unlikely to accept a Deed Poll produced in the UK.
