I have dual nationality. Will I be able to have both of my passports reissued in my new name?
The Name Change Company Deed Poll will enable you to have your UK Passport reissued to show your new name.
With regard to your second passport, Deed Polls drawn up by The Name Change Company are widely accepted but please contact the relevant embassy and ask if any conditions need to be met in order for them to reissue your passport in a new name. They may require a solicitor’s signature to witness the Deed Poll for example.
