What is 'archiving'?
If required, a copy of your original Deed Poll document will be saved in our archives. This means that if you lose or damage your Deed Poll you can easily obtain a replacement at a reduced cost rather than applying for a brand new Deed Poll.
If we archive your Deed Poll this also means that certified copies can easily be ordered when required.
In order for us to archive your Deed Poll, sign it, date it and have it witnessed in line with the instructions provided. Then return the original document to us. A copy will be archived and the original document returned to you.
You can order archiving when you order your Deed Poll, or afterwards, using the order form you will find with your Deed Poll.
