Why do I need my customer reference numbers and policy numbers when I use the New Name Kit?
You will need to add your personal reference numbers on to your notification letters or emails before sending so that the organisation you are notifying can identify you.
For your security and peace of mind, the New Name Kit does not require you to enter these details on to your computer, but there is a personal notepad space on your action list next to each organisation record, where you can enter your customer / policy details for your own personal future reference if you wish. This means that you will effectively have an address book of handy details that you can access at any time whilst your New name Kit subscription is still active.
