How do I obtain certified copies of my Deed Poll?
The easiest way to obtain certified copies is to order them at the same time as ordering your Deed Poll. You can also order certified copies afterwards using the order form enclosed with your Deed Poll.
After signing and dating your Deed Poll and having your signature witnessed, you simply return your Deed Poll to us using the envelope provided. We will produce copies that are certified to show that they are a true copy of the original, and will show The Name Change Company seal.
Your original Deed Poll document is then returned to you along with your certified copies.
We also recommend that you choose to archive a copy of your Deed Poll with us.
