Can I have my name amended on a foreign passport?
Name Change Company Deed Polls are widely accepted in the UK, but if you do not hold a British passport please contact the relevant foreign embassy and ask if any special conditions need to be met in order for the Deed Poll to be accepted and your passport reissued in a new name. They may require a solicitor’s signature to witness the Deed Poll for example.
