If you realise that you have made an error on your application, please contact us as quickly as possible. Use the contact us email facility to tell us, as we will need written confirmation of the amendment.

If your Deed Poll has not yet been prepared the changes will be made without incurring any additional costs.

If your Deed Poll has already been prepared it will be necessary for the change to be treated as a new application. Please contact us to discuss on deedpoll@namechangeco.com
